What a fun-filled day our campers have had! Most of our campers started their day with cereal and pastries for breakfast, while our Night Owls and Pony Pals prepared a breakfast cookout so that they could enjoy some more time in bed.
Today, our Cupcake War group began their day by baking cupcakes, both chocolate, and vanilla, and enjoyed their afternoon visiting a bakery. Then they decorated their cakes from earlier.
Our J-CITs spent the morning at low ropes where they played games that involved problem-solving and working as a team. Then, they used these skills to play counselor Jeopardy which involved answering scenarios to earn enough points to pie Eleven and Linus in the face, multiple times!
After their hard work with the morning cookout, Pony Pals enjoyed a refreshing shower at the pool followed by an exciting dance party at drama where they danced their socks off to great songs.
After a sleep-in breakfast, our Night Owl group enjoyed a trip to a local bowling alley where they enjoyed a slice of pizza and put their most competitive foot forward in the bowling alley.
We sadly have to say our goodbyes to our Bunkhouse Brownies tomorrow. They had their closing campfire tonight. Although their time here was short, they enjoyed an amazing Italian cookout this afternoon as well as jammed-packed activities like making lava lamps in art and crafts.
All of our campers had an amazing day enjoying activities new and old! We cannot wait to see what else the week brings on.
