What a way to start off our first week at camp! With the sun shining, campers began their session with archery, followed by several units using the swimming pool to beat the heat!

Following this, our Night Owls took part in the first sporting activity of the summer with a competitive game of volleyball! It was so exciting to see both teams participate and we cannot wait to see what other fun sporting activities take place this week.

After lunch, our Oompa-Loompas spent the afternoon creating their very own Golden Tickets, which all looked incredible – we definitely have some talented campers here at Seven Hills!!! In addition, our Sneak a Peak campers had the best time taking their boats out into the lake for an afternoon of boating! They may have even spotted Molly the Whale too!

On the other side of camp at the Barn, our Tack and Ride campers enjoyed being able to ride our horses and learned ways in which we care for them too!

After a fun-packed afternoon of activities, campers sung songs whilst waiting for their dinner of chicken, stir-fry vegetables, rice and pineapple! Following dinner, our campers had the choice of 3 activities to participate in; Rock Painting, Yoga and swimming! With this being the first campers choice of 2024, it was definitely a difficult decision to choose which one to go to, as they were all so fun!

For many units, the day then came to an end…except for our Night Owls, who managed to sneak past our counsellors for a kitchen raid! Although, it was definitely worth it with the Girl Scout cookies that they managed to grab!
