We can’t believe how quick this past week has gone! With it being the last day at camp for the majority of our campers, what better way to end the week than with a day full of fun!

To start with, our Climbing Masters tackled the rain by having their very own Jojo Siwa pool party and our Sorcery campers went boating! At the Dining Hall, our CIT’s learned the ways to be a foot at the table by playing water games with their CIT Director, Robin.

In Arts and Crafts, our Tack and Ride campers had the best time creating horses out of clay before they spent their afternoon riding more in the barn!

For lunch, our CIT’s had their cookout of the week making taco’s in a bag (without the bag!), whilst everyone else at camp enjoyed hotdogs and tater tots down in the dining hall!

Potions and games were created for our Sorcery campers after lunch, where they split off into their Houses to be quizzed on their Harry Potter knowledge, whilst also creating their very own potions. Over at the sports field, rounds of Gaga and Kickball were played by our CIT’s and campers in Sugarbush.

Near the sports field, our Oompa-Loompa’s decorated cupcakes and created their very own candy using Jell-O packets! As you can imagine, the campers ate their cupcakes as soon as the photos were taken! Near the office, Plainsman had the opportunity to visit the Tuck Shop and look at all the amazing gifts they brought!

The theme tonight was backwards dinner, where campers and counsellors dressed back to front. We even had our dinner routine switched around as well, with cupcakes being eaten before our chicken alfredo! During dinner, we also celebrated two birthdays, including our very own Camp Director’s; Goofy! Happy Birthday!

We ended the day with our closing campfire, which featured songs sung by counsellors, CIT’s and Units, whilst also reading our beloved story ‘The Lorax’. After this, campers walked down the Friendship Path before saying goodnight.
