After their first night at camp, our campers were ready to begin their week by singing songs in a huge whole camp circle, before taking part in flag and grace. Breakfast this morning consisted of coffee cake, with yoghurts and fruit.

With morning Kaper’s then finished after breakfast, our campers were ready to kick-start their day with a morning full of activities. For our My First Time campers, they spent the first hour of the day in the swimming pool, whilst our other Brownies, located in Brownie Lodge, created glitter art! Over in drama, our campers who are heading to NYC tomorrow to watch Back to The Future the musical, spent their morning singing songs to famous Broadway hits! Over at the barn, it was also exciting to see our Riders Ready campers officially begin their two weeks of riding.

After lunch, our Candle Making, Finger Painting and Oh My campers created their very own fairy houses right outside of Brownie Lodge! As you can see, they were also very excited to show their counsellors what they had made! Unfortunately, later on in the afternoon, the weather at camp took a slight turn! However, with Broadway songs playing in the background and friendship bracelets being made, our campers still made the most of their afternoon before waiting for dinner of mac and cheese, vegetables, hot dogs and vanilla pudding!

With the first campers choice of this session having begun, the options tonight included; a Broadway dance party, games in the dining hall and drawing/colouring in Arts and Crafts!

As our NYC trip is leaving early in the morning, we are so excited to see what other plans are in store for campers over the next few days/weeks!
