We can’t believe we are already halfway through session 3 and what a day it was for our campers. After breakfast burritos and morning kapers were completed, it was time for programs to split off to begin their own activities of the day. Our Chopped Champions and On Belay campers started off their morning visiting the tuck shop and just down the road, our Bucket List campers headed to the pool before they visited Dave and Busters!

In Arts and Crafts, our Brownies used glue and glitter to create glitter art to take home, whilst our campers over in Plainsman made their very own vanilla ice-cream before lunch – even the Media Director had some and it was AMAZING! As this was going on, our Perfect Shot and Blast Off campers went boating.

Lunch today was a delicious combination of grilled cheese, soup and salad, which was welcomed by an incredible drawing made by our very own kitchen aid, Clumsy! After lunch, the weather took a slight turn, so we played games such as ‘Simon Says’ and danced before continuing the afternoon with our second set of activities. Drama was a popular choice throughout the afternoon with our brownies dressing up for ‘prom’, before taking photos up on the stage.

Over in the dining hall, it was an exciting time for both Plainsman and Brownie Lodge. For our Chopped Champions and On Belay campers, they made their very own pasta, as our brownies created their own slime on the other side of the dining hall. Following this, it was great to see our CIT’s lead songs, once again, before all campers and counsellors headed inside for dinner.

After dinner, campers had the chance to decide on Karate, Red vs Blue Poster Making and Happy Salmon for campers choice this evening. It was then time for our CIT’s to enjoy their movie night with popcorn, soda and candy, as they chose to watch the movie Teen Beach before heading to bed.
