Session 4 Monday

It’s been a great start to the week for our session 4 campers! After having a breakfast of pancakes, sausages and cereal, our Walk, Trot and Canter campers headed to the barn to learn the ways in which we care for our horses before getting the chance to ride! As this was happening, on the other side of camp, our My First Time campers had a fun time painting over in Arts and Crafts.

For our Seven Hills Sorcery campers, they headed to the dining hall to be split off into their houses, chosen by our very own sorting hat! Just down the friendship path, our campers in Highland spent their morning at boating, as the weather became warmer! The tuck shop, pool and slip ‘n’ slide were popular activities that took place for our second activity of the day here at camp.

Following a lunch of sandwiches, with chips and watermelon, our amazing counsellor Zaza baked cupcakes for all the staff – thank you Zaza! It was then time to enjoy the hot weather even more, with many units either heading to the pool for a pool party or playing water sports to keep cool.

Dinner tonight consisted of mac and cheese, corn and pear slices. After tummies were fed, it was time to launch our first campers choice of the week. For tonight, the options included; Chalk drawing, cheese roll and origami, which as you can see, was a whole lot of fun!
