Campers rolled out of bed and straight into breakfast this morning for our weekly PJ breakfast! Our final day started strong with warm English muffins, sausages, and the ever-loved cereal table. Who says you can’t be comfy AND well-fed at the same time?

After breakfast, it was unfortunately time for our campers to begin packing away their belongings. Campers tidied their units, folded their sleeping bags and carefully stashed away all the awesome items brought from our tuck shop this week! But aside from the packing, there was something extra special in the air today… it’s our Camp Director Goofy’s BIRTHDAY! Happy Birthday, Goofy!

Once lunch wrapped up, it was time for the grand finale… ALL CAMP! This legendary activity brought everyone together for one last wild and wacky showdown. Campers teamed up with a counsellor of their choice and hit the homemade surfboards for an exciting race across our slip ‘n’ slide! As you can see by the photos included, laughter echoed across the sports field as teams slid, surfed, and potentially fell their way through the course! It was such a fun afternoon and congratulations to Rascal and the rest of Highland who ultimately won through preparation and a whole lot of talent from our very own counsellor, Rascal! Well done guys!

To top off this unforgettable day, we gathered one final time for our much-loved Friday Follies, an opportunity for campers and counsellors to perform like stars! This could be through heartfelt songs, hilarious skits, crazy dance moves and much more!

Today was truly the perfect send-off to a magical week! Thank you again to all of our Session 1 campers!
