Another sunny day at Seven Hills! Bunkhouse had a restful start to the day by sleeping in a bit and doing a breakfast cookout, where they made pancakes, bacon, and banana boats! They were pros at telling when their pancakes were done, they were all a beautiful golden brown!

Embracing the natural environment here, Sugarbush ground up flowers, leaves, and other natural items to create pigments for paintings! They mixed the pigments with water and white acrylic paint to brush on some cute pictures. Also with Feather there were a few hikes today, like to old Tally-ho and some fishing by the lake!
The dining hall today was filled with wacky hairstyles left and right! Colorful accessories, hair defying gravity, campers were fierce for this meal! We had sandwiches with veggie trays and chips for lunch, along with some dietary accommodations and meal alternatives like sun-butter and jelly, chicken salad, and tuna salad sandwiches.
Highland and Brownie Lodge had their own meals for lunch today because of their cookouts! Both units collected wood and started up their fires for the cookout. Highland made hotdogs, mac and cheese, breadsticks and Zoey cakes for a sweet treat! Brownie Lodge had a pasta bar with different sauces, assorted fruits like grapes and watermelon, and Zoey cakes too! A popular choice for dessert today of cake batter and mix-ins like chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham crackers, YUM

There’s so many things happening at Seven Hills, so be sure to check out the photos to see what else we were up to! Like crafts, model runways, hobby horsing, and real horse-rising!
