Session 4 – Wednesday

Happy Whale Wednesday! Did you know that you can count layers of earwax inside a dead whale’s ear canal, just like tree rings, to figure out how old the animal was?!

Sugarbush unit spent their morning riding the horses again after a breakfast of french toast sticks and sausage, and the usual breakfast alternatives. The campers did a great job grooming them and making them pretty with braids in their manes!

Lunch in the dining hall was hot dogs, pears, and mac and cheese! Highland had their cookout today where they made pizza melts, fruit salad, and Zoey cakes! Plainsman also had their unit cookout and also had melts, fresh fruit, and s’mores to end the meal on a sweet note!

And a big welcome to Windy Meadows! We hope you get a taste of the best of Seven Hills activites here like fishing with Feather, boating, and climbing the ropes courses!

Rumor has it that some Tally-ho zombies are raiding the kitchen later tonight…they were preparing for it by painting some zombie masks at arts and crafts today! They also had some fun close to her unit over at the archery shooting at balloons pinned on the targets. This unit was pretty active today because they went out on the lake for some boating activities!

The rafting rascals are camping having a fun time! I’ll be sure to give a more in depth update once I get the photos!
