Happy Whale Wednesday!
Did you know that sperm whales sleep vertically and gently bob up and down? I sure didn’t, thanks Matcha for letting us know during the morning announcements!
Today we continued our training and preparation for the very first session of 2026! Only T-4 days until your adventure begins!
A Freckle-y banana made its entrance on the dining hall steps to teach us how to best protect campers and staff in hazardous situations. Another bright yellow friend greeted us by the pool, an American Goldfinch.
It was a beautiful sunny day, perfect for some outdoor cooking. Cookouts popped up all around camp, and it looked like everyone enjoyed delicious dinners and desserts! The staff was especially creative with their meals, whipping up Taco Bell-inspired favorites, super cheesy mac and cheese, cookie skillets, and even McFlurries!
